Plan de Reestructuración

El link de acceso a la propuesta de Plan de Reestructuración de Wall Box Chargers, S.L.U., Wallbox USA, Inc. y Ares Electronics Solutions, S.L.U. y los Documentos de la Reestructuración se ha remitido individualmente por correo electrónico.

Si no puede acceder al link o no ha recibido la notificación por correo electrónico para acceder, póngase en contacto con nosotros en restructuring@wallbox.com.

Para poder atender su solicitud se requerirá que acrediten su legitimación adjuntando:

1. Copia de su DNI o pasaporte.
2. En caso de actuar en nombre de una persona jurídica, copia del poder de representación y copia del DNI / Pasporte del representante.

Los acreedores que acrediten su legitimación tienen asimismo a su disposición la propuesta del Plan de Reestructuración y Documentos de la Reestructuración en las oficinas centrales del grupo Wallbox, ubicadas en Calle Foc 68 (08038 – Barcelona).

The access link to the proposed Restructuring Plan of Wall Box Chargers, S.L.U., Wallbox USA, Inc. and Ares Electronics Solutions, S.L.U., as well as the Restructuring Documents, has been sent individually by email.

If you are unable to access the link or have not received the notification email, please contact us at restructuring@wallbox.com.

In order to process your request, you will be required to provide proof of your entitlement by attaching:

1. A copy of your ID card or passport.
2. If acting on behalf of a legal entity, a copy of the power of attorney and a copy of the ID card or passport of the representative.

Creditors who provide proof of their entitlement may also access the proposed Restructuring Plan and the Restructuring Documents at the Wallbox group’s headquarters, located at Calle Foc 68 (08038 – Barcelona).
