Enric Asunción
Director
Mr. Asunción serves as Wallbox’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the board. Mr. Asunción is a Wallbox co-founder and has served as Wallbox’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Wallbox board since 2015. Prior to Wallbox, Mr. Asunción served as Program Manager of Charging Installations at Tesla, Inc., an American electric vehicle and clean energy company, from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to Tesla, Inc., Mr. Asunción worked as an engineer at Applus+ IDIADA, an engineering company providing design, testing, engineering and homologation services to the automotive industry, from July 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Asunción holds an Engineering degree from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (DNF).
Francisco Riberas

Mr. Riberas serves as a member of the board at Wallbox. Mr. Riberas is currently the Executive Chairman of Gestamp, a Spanish international automotive engineering group dedicated to design, innovation and the manufacturing of metal components for automobiles in 21 countries. Mr. Riberas founded Gestamp Automoción in 1997 and served on its Board of Directors since its inception, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in advising companies in the automotive and sustainability verticals to Wallbox. Mr. Riberas also sits on the management bodies for a variety of other companies within the family group as well as companies outside of this group such as Telefónica, CIE Automotive and General de Alquiler de Maquinaria (GAM).
Jordi Lainz
Non-executive Chairman
Mr. Lainz serves as a member of the board. Previously, Mr. Lainz was Chief Financial Officer of Wallbox from 2019 to 2024. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lainz held the position of Corporate Director and CFO of Eurofred Group, a distributor of air conditioning and industrial heating systems, from June 2011 to February 2019. Prior to Eurofred Group, Mr. Lainz served as a director and member of the audit committee of Ficosa International, S.A., a automotive global supplier, from May 1998 to May 2011. Mr. Lainz, holds an Economics degree from University of Barcelona and is an auditor in Spain (Censor Jurado de Cuentas).
Juan González del Castillo Burgos

Mr. González del Castillo, 41, is Partner, COO, and CFO at Seaya, a Spanish venture capital firm specialising in technology companies. He serves on the boards of several companies, including The Hotels Network, Savana, Cafler, and Aquí tu Reforma. Additionally, he actively oversees various portfolio companies such as Cabify, Glovo, Clarity, Flexcar, and Biome Makers. He is also a board member of the Seaya investment platform. Before joining Seaya, Mr. González del Castillo worked at KPMG from 2008 to 2018, where he focused on audit and deal advisory. He holds a degree in Finance and a Master's in Auditing, and he is a registered member of the Official Register of Account Auditors in Spain.
Pedro Alonso Agüera

Mr. Pedro Alonso Agüera, aged 73, is an industrial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial components sector. He is the founder of Grupo Infun, a group specialized in the manufacture of components for the automotive industry with a presence in Europe and China, which under his leadership reached a significant position in the sector until its sale in 2016 to Grupo GIS, a Mexican industrial group listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange, where he has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2017. He holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from ESADE Business School and has technical training in mechanical engineering.
Marc Sabé Richer

Mr. Sabé, aged 56, has co-managed Anangu Grup since its incorporation in 2004. Anangu Grup is a Spanish investment company with a significant focus on acquiring stakes in companies and funds with a technology profile. It plays an active role in its investments through participation in boards of directors and monitoring committees. He began his professional career in financial advisory services, working for a family-owned company dedicated to the administration and management of investment funds. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management.
