Enric Asunción

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Asunción serves as Wallbox’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of the board. Mr. Asunción is a Wallbox co-founder and has served as Wallbox’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a member of the Wallbox board since 2015. Prior to Wallbox, Mr. Asunción served as Program Manager of Charging Installations at Tesla, Inc., an American electric vehicle and clean energy company, from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to Tesla, Inc., Mr. Asunción worked as an engineer at Applus+ IDIADA, an engineering company providing design, testing, engineering and homologation services to the automotive industry, from July 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Asunción holds an Engineering degree from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (DNF).

Isabel López Trujillo

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ms. López Trujillo is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Wallbox, a position she has held since January 2026. She rejoined Wallbox from Allianz Technology with more than 20 years of international financial leadership experience across the technology, industrial, and services sectors. Previously, she served as Wallbox’s Vice President of Finance from May 2021 to January 2025, where she oversaw global finance operations and supported key initiatives, including the Company’s transition to a publicly listed company and its international expansion. Her experience at Allianz Technology, Omega Pharma, and Schibsted Media spans financial strategy, reporting, governance, and large-scale transformation. She holds a Business Administration degree from Universitat de Barcelona, postgraduate degree from EADA Business School, and an executive master degree from ICEX Campus.

Eduard Castañeda

Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO)

Mr. Castañeda is a Wallbox co-founder and currently serves as Wallbox’s Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO). Formerly he served in different roles at Wallbox including Chief Product Officer, Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Castañeda also served on Wallbox’s Board of Directors as a technical director from 2015 to 2020. Prior to Wallbox, Mr. Castañeda served as a track engineer at TPV Racing, a company that introduced telemetry data into real-time motorsports racing teams, from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Castañeda holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona.

Luis Pereda

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Mr. Pereda serves as Wallbox’s Chief Operations Officer (COO). Mr. Pereda has served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) since June 2025. Mr. Pereda joined Wallbox after more than 20 years of operational experience leading teams in multinational and family-owned businesses across the FMCG, F&B, and chemical sectors. Mr. Pereda previously served as Industrial director at GCR, plant manager and part of the Iberia Leadership at Ecolab, and at Bacardi as Engineering & Technical Coordination Manager for Europe. Mr. Pereda has a proven track record in transforming business models, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence, with a strong focus on customer orientation and the integration of digital technologies. Mr Pereda holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Cantabria and completed Leadership and Data Science-Machine Learning Programs at IESE business school and MIT.

Ignasi Alastuey

Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Mr. Alastuey is the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Wallbox, a position he has held since October 2025. He joined Wallbox after a 14-year career at Mettler-Toledo, where he held international leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations, and business development. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the company’s international sales division, overseeing the indirect channel business across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. Earlier in his career, he led commercial operations in Brazil and managed the Service division in Italy. His expertise lies in developing scalable commercial models, leading multicultural teams, and driving expansion in strategic markets. Mr. Alastuey holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

Leo Altamira

Chief People Officer (CPO) & Chief of Staff

Ms. Altamira joined Wallbox in February 2022, serving as Chief People Officer (CPO) since April 2023 and has expanded her responsibilities to include Chief of Staff since October 2025. She brings over 20 years of experience in People Leadership and Management, having worked in multiple geographies (EMEA and America) and industries (Banking, Telecom and Tech) during her career. Ms. Altamira worked and held different HR roles at Citibank where she started in Madrid to then move to their EMEA Corporate Banking side of the business in London. She later on worked in the Headquarters in NYC where she served as VP People Partner within the Cards business. Ms. Altamira also worked in the Telecom Industry at Vodafone as a Regional People Partner in Barcelona and, prior to joining Wallbox, she served at Autodesk, where she focused on building and scaling their Sales Hub in Barcelona to then lead the HR function for the EMEA region of the organization. Ms. Altamira received her bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza and holds a Coaching Certificate from the University of Dallas, Texas. She also recently completed her Leadership Executive Education Certificate at IESE Business School.
